When the government introduced lockdown many business shut their doors and isolated inline with the guidance.  Some building were required to stay open as they are either residence or perform a key function, such as hospitals.  This has left water systems around the UK (and the world) in various states of use, from normal turnover to left to no turnover.

With businesses and their buildings either having less people using them or being closed, there is reduce turnover in water systems leading to stagnation and legionella growth. The aim is to give you up to date, practical advice on what you should be doing now and how to prepare for opening your buildings safely when government advice changes.
